Terms and Agreements

  1. This hyperupload Service Agreement describes the terms and conditions on which hyperupload offers services to you. In case if you want to use this hyperupload service you agree with following of rules.
  2. Files that compromise the security of the server, any pornographic files and files that are not allowed on territory of the USA must not be uploaded under any circumstances.
  3. Files will be deleted immediately and without any warnings, in case if they don't follow the rules. In case of violation of rules customer's account will be terminated.
  4. Customer agrees not to use hyperupload services for messages of terror or depicts torture or death-gui, harm minors in any way, customer is not allowed to transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. The data that contains illegal material or promotes illegal activity like gambling, the offering for sale of illegal weapons, and the promotion or publication of any material that may violate hate crimes legislation is also not permitted. If this happens, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted and the account will be immediately terminated.
    5. Attempts to violate hyperupload systems are strictly prohibited. Hyperupload Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws, is prohibited. Complaints about violators of our Policy should be sent via e-mail
  5. All files are copyright to their respective owners.
  6. Your use of Hyperupload is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with any aspects of our service, then you should discontinue using hyperupload service.
  7. We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without any notices.
  8. Hyperupload service may warn, suspend or terminate Customer's account in any case of violation of rules. It can be done with or without notice.
  9. Customer may not assign any of its rights, or delegate any of its duties, under this Agreement, and any attempted assignment will be null and void.
  10. In case of Force Majure operation of our services may be interfered with by different factors outside of our control and in this case we shall not be liable to you for any failure or delay.
  11. You must represent and warrant to hyperupload that you are not a competitor of hyperupload, you should warrant that you'll keep publicity unannounced information (in cases of pre-release software, testing procedures). And you also must warrant that after getting access to hyperupload Web site you will not compete with hyperupload in its business.
  12. Except for other agreements or terms appearing on the Web site, this Agreement set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
